NAILS
Manicuring is a 200‐hour course with limited practice of Cosmetology that primarily deals with the care of hands and fingernails. The course also teaches nail sculpting, which is the application of artificial nails. This course trains the student in basic skills needed for gainful employment in a Cosmetology or Manicuring salon.
Mission
Prepare students in the field of Cosmetology Manicuring so they may perform and meet the standards set by the institution.
Provide the opportunity for students to learn technical, communication and personal and professional business development skills through individualized goal setting and focused training

Prepare students to successfully complete the state of Ohio requirements necessary to practice cosmetology.

Vision
Upon completion of the course, the graduate should possess the required knowledge and skills to pass the State of Ohio Cosmetology examination for an Ohio Manicurist License.
